I’m Gaurav Agarwaal — Senior Vice President & Global Head of Presales & Solutions Engineering, WinWire. I head a global function dedicated to redefining how AI-first, human-centric, and trusted solutions are engineered, designed, and delivered. My goal is to enable enterprises to go beyond projects and platforms — to intelligent ecosystems that learn, adapt, and constantly create value. This is the basis of what we refer to as Services as Software, and it’s revolutionizing how our customers innovate in industries such as healthcare, life sciences, digital platforms, manufacturing, and retail.

But this chapter is part of a much larger journey. My career began with a simple fascination: how can technology make complexity useful? That curiosity took me from writing code to shaping billion-dollar portfolios — but more importantly, it taught me that real innovation isn’t just about tools or platforms; it’s about people, systems, and trust working together.

Throughout the last 20+ years, I’ve been privileged to guide high-impact technology companies at Microsoft, Accenture, and in major international markets. At Microsoft, I established and grew a $1B Azure usage business. At Accenture, I managed a $550M cybersecurity services portfolio. In APAC and LATAM, I led a $520M Cloud and Modern Applications business, with direct collaboration with regional customers to accelerate modernization and expansion. These experiences provided me with a ringside seat to the enterprise transformation — from on-prem to cloud, from human-driven to intelligent, and from services to ecosystems.

But statistics only speak part of the narrative. The contribution I cherish most is what I have managed to create through people. I’ve guided more than 850 solution architects through roles, regions, and industries — many of them now leading transformation programs, global technology teams, and industry benchmarks. That put me on the map as “The Solution Architect Factory” — not because I had a formula, but because I truly believed in formalized mentorship, thinking decades ahead, and the strength of individual development to drive system change.

Today, I apply that same philosophy to all that I do — whether it’s assisting a CXO to see their AI vision, designing an agentic data platform, or collaborating with a team member to plan their next career step. My intention is to combine strategic vision, architectural richness, and practical implementation to empower enterprises — and the people that work there — to realize their full potential.

Because ultimately, technology shifts quickly. But change is about people. And that’s where I prefer to lead from.
